Being a proud soldier of the Indian Army’s Infantry Division, “The Garhwal Rifles Regiment.” The logo of Suyra Security contains the war cry “Jai Badri Vishal’ of our Regiment.

 

After retirement, an idea struck to my mind that why don’t I utilize my experience of 18½ years of service in the Army by starting a Security Agency. It will help me serve my countrymen and while taking care of my family as well.

 

Thus I started Surya Security in the year 2007 and by virtue of my experience in the Army, I tackled many problems of severe nature very smoothly and easily.

Organizational Structure

The major strength of any company lies in its top and middle level management cadre. We have key people in the company who have the professional background and experience to perceive, plan and implement security concerns, and who have handled similar tasks in their illustrious careers.

Surya Security Policy:

  • We are committed to providing a professionally trained and highly motivated task force to protect our clients’ assets, operation and personnel under all types of contingencies and adversities. It is ensured that a detailed security plan is prepared, the personnel likely to deployed are verified from local police and their attendance are checked.
  • We provide clear written instruction covering the general standard and duties required of our personnel at the site including reporting procedures.
  • Records/ Registers to be maintained are provided to facilitate functioning.
  • Emergency/Contingency plans for the clients’ premises are worked out and quick reaction team to cater for the contingencies are formed.
  • Mock Drill/Practice Drills are carried out to perfect reactions at all levels.
  • An effective communication plan along with necessary transport is provisioned and provide for effective security systems and procedures.
  • As part of the training all personnel are taught and trained in policies on security systems, health safety and environment policy and Human Rights violations Act.

 

Supervision:

We provide adequate site supervision, including replacements required. Field Officers, Operation Manager, Branch Manager, and cooperate staff visit at a regular frequency. Our personnel and briefed and debriefed daily at work site. They are trained practised and rehearsed on various contingencies, minimum thrice a week by our trained staff.
